THE developer of Marina One Residences, M+S Pte Ltd, is looking to having a vibrant community of some 20,000 people to support the continued development of the illustrious Marina Bay area in Singapore, seen as a dynamic and sustainable district to live, work and play in.
Marina One Residences is part of Marina One, an integrated mixed-use development with a gross development value of approximately S$7bil (RM21.05bil), including residential, Grade A offices and retail areas.
There are 1,042 luxury residential units – comprising one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units and penthouses – situated in two 34-storey towers, while two 30-storey office towers – East and West Towers – offer a total of 1.88 million sq ft of office space.
A 140,000sq ft retail and F&B podium occupy several floors, including an underground pedestrian mall.
These include global names and leaders in their fields such as PwC, Prudential, MUFG Bank, BP, Facebook and Grab.
The retail podium, known as The Heart, offers many new-to-market concepts and lifestyle amenities while the F&B has two signature restaurants – Majestic Restaurant (formerly of Majestic Hotel) and Wakanui Grill – as well as popular eateries.
Macallan’s first boutique in South-East Asia is also located at The Spot.
For lifestyle amenities, Virgin Active has also taken up 26,000sq ft space for its gym, including an indoor pool and rock wall.
Marina One Residences will be linked to four of Singapore’s six MRT lines via three MRT stations: the future Shenton Way station on the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line, the existing Downtown station on the Downtown Line, and the Marina Bay interchange station for three lines – North-South and Circle Lines and the Thomson-East Coast Line.
There are four nearby expressways – MCE, ECP, AYE and the KPE – giving easy connectivity to all parts of the island.
What makes Marina One Residences stand out is that it has its very own biodiversity garden, The Green Heart, which inspires a feeling of calm and tranquillity at the centre of this landmark development.
This 65,000sq ft biodiversity garden features almost 400 different species of plants spread across multiple floors and sky terraces, and its own 13m-high waterfall.
The Green Heart acts as the main thoroughfare for the Marina One community and residents to enjoy the large open and green space.
The development is a stone’s throw away from Singapore’s world-renowned attractions such as Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, the Esplanade Theatres and Marina Bay Sands.
Park Tower of Marina One Residences was launched in 2014 and to date, more than 90% has been sold. Selected units in the second tower of Marina One Residences – the Garden Tower – are now on sale.
Units at the premium Garden Tower (comprising one-, two- three- and four-bedroom units and penthouses) are priced from S$2,400 per sq ft. The units at Garden Tower will have unobstructed sea views and a view of Marina Bay.
